MJ Frick Company is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Receptionist to join our growing HVAC & Plumbing team.

Our receptionist is often the first voice our customers hear and the first face they see — so we’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates professionally, stays organized, and can keep things moving in a busy office environment.

✨ WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Greet customers, vendors, applicants, and visitors
• Take accurate messages and route calls to the appropriate team member
• Assist customers with basic questions and help direct their needs
• Support our dispatch, service, accounting, and management teams
• Enter and update customer information accurately
• Assist with filing, scanning, emails, paperwork, and general office organization
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional front office
• Handle multiple tasks while staying calm, friendly, and organized
• Provide additional administrative support as needed

• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and confident communication
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with computers, email, and basic office software
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus
